30.05. Sunday isle of Gossen

HKB 18/976 Gossen Süd 6 x 15,5 cm K 416 (until 1942, later K425 until 1945) 1 x R 636, 1 x R 607, 1 x Vf 52a, 2 x OB

HKB 24/976 Gossen Mitte 4 x 10,5 cm K 331 (f) 2 x R 671, 1 x Vf 52a, 1 x feldm. fire control post, 1 x burried building (Vf 52a ?)

Light AA platoon in Takhaugen north  3 x feldm. OB made of concrete and rock

Stp Smagehaugen 1 x LW SK (similar to Lista and Stavanger) 2 x R 676, 1 x Vf 7a, 1 x Vf 52 a (according to a local this was the HQ of the island. Both 4,7 cm Pak (t) were removed some years ago. One went into a military depot / museum and shall be brought back after restauration. It shall be replaced in one of the R 676 to museum purpose.)

Flak Bttr Solem 6 x OB for 8,8 cm Flak, 1 x OB rangefinder, 1 x OB light AA (all constructed in 1941 according to a local. To protect the houses against air attacks the germans painted them all red.)

Gossen airfield 1 x old hangar near the runway for the protection of the airfield some defence structures were placed around it: 1 x R 621, 4 x Rs 241 with Pz 38 (t) turret, 1 x Rs 65a with 5 cm KwK (only the barrel is missing),  2 light AA platoons are placed near the airfield, the first (Ljövikhaugen) contains of 3 x OB light AA, 1 x R 621, the second contains of 3 x OB light AA and 2 x Rs 241 with Pz 38 (t) turret

Torpedo Batterie Julholmen 2 x 45 cm (until 1944), 2 x 53 cm (1944 –1945) 1 x big SK in St standard (closed), 1 x baracks, 1 x OB made of rocks, 1 x feld. OB for 60 cm searchlight connected to trenchsystem

HKB 23/976 Helland 4 x 10,5 cm K 332 (f) 3 x OB (one destroyed due to a new house), 3 x feldm. Ustd., 1 x OB light AA, 1 x Vf ammunition (closed, used by the homeguard)
